WHY I WANT TO TUTOR, HONORS AND AWARDS, 3 FUN FACTS
Why I want to Tutor:
I was a student athlete for most of my life until recently, and I understand the stress and pressure that comes from juggling a sport, academics, and extracurriculars. Struggling was very real for me, and I had to learn how to study smarter rather than harder to achieve my academic and athletic goals. My discipline, time management, ability to collaborate with others, and organizational skills have grown tremendously, and I want to be able to impart these tools, that have given me success, to others. I believe that long term success comes from a history of good habits and approaching problems with a realistic mindset. Lastly, I really do enjoy learning and just helping others, especially about the processes of life, the human body, and nutrition as well as history and writing. I look forward to also mentoring in any other areas that people feel they are struggling in or curious about.
Honors and Awards:

Fun Facts about Me:
1. I played club soccer in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL), which is considered one of the highest levels for girls' youth soccer, with Chicagoland based team Eclipse Select Soccer Club from 2015-2019. In 2017, my team ranked top 8 in the nation with also a State Cup title the same year. In 2018, I was part of the team that helped Palatine HS girls soccer win their first regional title in over fives years. I also competed for my state and region in the Olympic Development Program (ODP) for a season. I gave up college soccer in order so focus on my academic career.
2. I enjoy snowboarding, dabbling in interior design, baking for my family, finding new and exciting cafes and restaurants, and hitting the gym. I also play piano, self taught myself guitar, and lead worship for church services.
3. In high school, I also competed in debate, Science Olympiad, and ran varsity track my senior year.
